لندن(سنگر نیوز)اقوام متحدہ کے ادارے برائے انسانی حقوق میں بلوچ قومی نمائندے مہران بلوچ نے کہا کہ کچھ عرصے سے اخبارات میں بلوچ قومی مجرم شفیق مینگل پاکستانی مسلح اداروں کے خلاف تواتر سے بیانات جاری کررہا ہے ۔

شفیق مینگل جو آئی ایس آئی کا دست راست اور چہیتا ہوا کرتا تھا جن کے ہاتھ بلوچ قوم کے خون سے رنگے ہوئے ہیں جس نے ریاست کی پشت پناہی میں ڈیتھ سکواڈ بنا رکھی ہیں جو بلوچ فرزندوں کو اغوا کرکے فوج کی زیرنگرانی قائم کردہ اپنے گھر اور علاقے میں ٹارچر سیلوں میں لے جاکر اذیتیں دینا ان کی لاشیں ویرانوں میں پھینکنا اور توتک میں دریافت اجتماعی قبروں کا ذمہ دار ہے۔

ڈاکٹر لغاری کون تھے؟ سندھ میں ‌کون سا ایسا شخص ہے جو انور لغاری  کے والد محمد علی لغاری اور والدہ فاطمہ لغاری کو نہئں‌ جانتا؟ ڈاکٹر انور لغاری کے دونوں ‌والدین اکثر سندھی سیاسی، ادبی، سماجی و صحافتی حلقوں ‌میں ‌وسیع پیمانے پر چاچا محمد علی لغاری اور چچی فاطمہ لغاری کے نام سے جانے جاتے ہیں. چاچا محمد علی لغاری بقید حیات ہیں‌اور انکی اہلیہ فاطمہ لغاری پانچ سال قبل فوت ہوگئیں. میں‌سوچ رہا ہوں سندھ کی یہ فاطمہ اگر زندہ ہوتیں‌ تو ان کے لئے اپنے بڑے اور جواں ‌سال بیٹے انور لغاری کا قتل کتنا روح ‌فرسا ہوتا. باپ کے لئے بھی ہے لیکن باپ اور ہم سب لوگ تو غالب کی اس سطر کی طرح ‌ہیں ‌مرنے سے پہلے آدمی غم سے نجات پائے کیوں. لیکن ماں تو اولاد کے غم میں ‌مرنے سے پہلے ہی مرجاتی ہے نا. وہ بیٹا جسکو تعلیم دلوانے کے لئے اس محنت کش اور غریب خاتوں نے کتنی مشقتیں‌اور مزدوریاں ‌کیں. سندھ کی اس غریب اور کسان عورت کا ایک ہی مقصد تھا کہ وہ اپنی اولاد (کہ اسکے دو ہی بیٹے تھے) کو اچھی سے اچھی تعلیم دلوائے.

Dr Allah Nazar makes dramatic comeback

In a dramatic comeback, Baloch rebel leader Dr. Allah Nazar comes out of the dead to rubbish the Pakistan army’s claims that they had killed him months ago in a military operation in Balochistan’s Mashkay area.

In a video released by the Balochistan Liberation Front, which he leads, he says the government is running a propaganda campaign about his death.

The Pakistan army has announced head money on several Baloch pro-independence leaders, including Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch, the chief of the Balochistan Liberation Front, Akhtar Nadeem of the BLF and Dr. Mannan Baloch of the Baloch National. Others include Master Ali, Master Rafiq, Wazeer, Malang, Sana, Swali, Mandost and Khairo.

BALOCHISTAN: The Pakistan army has announced head money on several Baloch pro-independence leaders, including Dr. Allah Nazar Baloch, the chief of the Balochistan Liberation Front, in return for information about their whereabouts.

Posters have been posted on walls in Dr. Nazar’s native town of Mashkay in Balochistan by the army with the photos of around a dozen “wanted” Baloch pro-independence leaders.

UNPO raises Human Rights and Security issues of Balochistan during its visit to Washington DC

Mr Nasser Boladai, Spokesperson of the Balochistan People’s Party (BPP) and President of the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organisation (UNPO) visited Washington D.C. last week [16 November 2015] together with Johanna Green, UNPO Program Manager. The trip, ending on the 20th of the same month, functioned as a means of raising awareness of the plight of the people of Balochistan, highlighting the extensive human rights violations taking place in both Iran and Pakistan against the Baloch people. It also provided an opportunity to inform and draw attention to UNPO and the work of the organisation.

BALOCHISTAN: The once amicable relationship between Pashtoon and Baloch residents of Balochistan could be at a tipping point, as changing demographics threaten to create tensions between the province’s two largest ethnic groups.

BALOCHISTAN: It took the Balochistan government five minutes to hand over 9,000 acres of the Hingol National Park land to a federal agency, in a move that not only subverted rules of the provincial legislature but also threatens the sparse forest cover in the region.

On November 9, 2015, Provincial Minister for Information and Parliamentary Affairs Abdul Raheem Ziaratwal tabled the Balochistan Protection and Preservation of Forest and Wildlife (Amendment) Bill 2015 in the provincial assembly. The legislators moved to quickly pass the bill.
