BHRO protest against Killing of Allah Rahm Sasoli and Aslam Baloch

Karachi: Baloch Human Rights Organization (BHRO) held a protest in front of Karachi Press Club against Military operation in Balochistan and against the killing of Allah Rahm Sasoli and Aslam Baloch on 29-Nov-2012

Addressing the protester and media BHRO leaders said that state security forces have been committing gross human rights violations in Balochistan from past many years. Many people have been killed in wanton bombardments. They said that target killings and enforced-disappearances are also on rise unabated.

Pakistan military death squad killed two Baloch activists in Kharan

Occupied Balochistan: Two Baloch political activists have been killed in town of Kharan Balochistan on Tuesday evening in a clash against members of Pakistan military death squad leader by Haji Manzoor.

According sources Allah Rahm Baloch and Aslam Baloch were returning to their home when the Pakistan military death squad ambushed them at Kulan Road in Kharan. Allah Rahm was reportedly about to get married in two days.

Nawab Nazar’s mother has appealed for recovery of his son

Occupied Balochistan: The mother of martyr Ilyas Nazar has demanded in a press release, that the claimants of Islam and humanism should raise their voice for the safe recovery of her son Nawab Nazar. “He is the only breadwinner of house”, she said.

Nawab Nazar’s mother has also urged the Chief Justice, to take immediate action for safe recovery of Nawab Nazar, and provide them justice.

She further said that, Nawab Nazar was never involved in politics or any other activities. “I even don’t know why they have abducted my son and punishing him”, she asked. She appealed to the abductors of her son to inform her if her son has caused any harm to them.

Baloch family appeal for release of their loved ones

Occupied Balochistan: Family of Mohammad Ramzan Baloch urged the international community to pressurise Pakistan for the safe and immediate release of their loved ones.

Ramzan Baloch’s relatives said he is missing since 25 July 2010 but the security forces of Pakistan and judiciary have failed to discover him. “We have been to courts and registered his case with the Supreme Court but all to no avail.”

Balochistan: Iranian occupying forces have fired mortars in Chaghi & Zamuran

Occupied Balochistan,CHAGHI: Iranian occupying forces have fired 12 mortars into Chaghi district of Eastern Balochistan on Sunday night. According to the local sources, at least 12 mortars were fired from Iranian side at the artificial border area of Chaghi last night. However, there were no casualties reported.

It’s the second attack by the Iranian occupying forces on Eastern Balochistan within a week.

Balochistan cannot and should not be an exclusively Baloch club; different people have lived here since centuries and have as much right as the ethnic Baloch to live in peace here

Haiyrbiyar Marri’s ‘Baloch Freedom Charter’ has generated a needless controversy in the social media and local media about who is right in supporting it and who in opposing it. The controversy has assumed an ugly and vicious character in which a no-holds-barred attitude prevails and everybody involved wants to outdo others in being blunt. My intention here is not to support any of the views, which I will certainly do if the situation demands, but to talk about the issue generally and how it is disillusioning friends, antagonising supporters and creating schisms instead of the unity that it was supposed to promote and create.

Pakistan grilled by European Parliament for it’s Kill and Dump policy in Baluchistan

Brussels: The Human rights activists in Baluchistan have informed the International human rights community several times about the abduction of members of Baluch National Movement by Pakistani intelligence and how their body were found dumped near their houses but no stringent action has been taken against the concerned authorities despite of tons of evidence collected against the Pakistan authority.

Alexander Alvaro, Member of European Parliament and member of South Asia Peace Forum (SAPF) slammed Pakistan for numerous reports of Human rights violations in Baluchistan. He particularly showed concern that Baluchistan despite being an international issue; few steps have been taken by the international Community to make Pakistan`s intelligence and security agencies answerable for continuing human rights violations in Baluchistan.

Enforce disappearance of Baloch youth continues: Nawab Jan Nizar Baloch abducted.

Occupied Balochistan: Enforce disappearance of Baloch youth continues unabated. Shaheed Ilyas Nizar’s elder brother, Nawab Jan Nizar Baloch was abducted from Turbat.

According to detail on Thursday morning (22 November 2012) when Nawab Jan with his younger brother and a relative was travelling from Absor to Turbat at “Do Corm River” he was abducted by people in plain cloths.
