UK: Baloch and Sindhis condemn the occupation of Balochistan

The Baloch and Sindhis gathered in front of US embassy in London yesterday to demand the intervention in Balochistan from the international community. The demonstration was organized by the Baloch Human Rights Council (UK), the World Sindhi Congress and Balochistan Liberation Organisation in collaboration with Baloch Raaje Zroumbesh, Balochistan Peoples Party, Balochistan United Front Federal and International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons.

Pakistan’s secret dirty war
In Balochistan, mutilated corpses bearing the signs of torture keep turning up, among them lawyers, students and farm workers. Why is no one investigating and what have they got to do with the bloody battle for Pakistan’s largest province?

The bodies surface quietly, like corks bobbing up in the dark. They come in twos and threes, a few times a week, dumped on desolate mountains or empty city roads, bearing the scars of great cruelty. Arms and legs are snapped; faces are bruised and swollen. Flesh is sliced with knives or punctured with drills; genitals are singed with electric prods. In some cases the bodies are unrecognisable, sprinkled with lime or chewed by wild animals. All have a gunshot wound in the head.

The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has received information that the bodies of five disappeared persons have been found in different areas of Balochistan. The bodies bore bullet wounds and marks of torture. Five victims were abducted from Balochistan province and Karachi, Sindh province at different times but their bodies were found in different areas of Balochistan province. Witnesses stated that they were abducted by persons both in uniform and in plain clothes that identified themselves as state intelligence persons.

بلوچ قوم یہ نہ سمجھیں کہ ہمیںسرزمین اور بلوچ قوم کیلئے منعقد ہونے والی تقاریب میںشرکت سے کوئی سروکار نہیں حالانکہ ہم چاہتے ہیں کہ اس طرح کی تقاریب کا انعقاد ہونا چاہئے جہاں سے بین الاقوامی سطح پر بلوچ سرزمین پر ہونے والے ظلم و جبر کو دنیا کے سامنے لایا جاسکے۔ لیکن جن تقاریب سے بلوچ قوم اور سرزمین کو کسی قسم کا فائدہ نہ پہنچے اور جہاں بلوچ دشمن عناصر اور آستین کے سانپ بیٹھے ہوں ان میںشرکت کرنا بلوچ قومی معیشت اور وقت کے ضیاع کے سوا اور کچھ بھی نہیںلٰہذا واشنگٹن ڈی سی میںمنعقد ہونے والی بلوچستان بین الاقوامی کانفرنس سے معذرت کرلی گئی ہے

BSO Azaad leader among three found dead in Balochistan
Occupied Balochistan – Mar 27: Three more decomposed and mutilated bodies, including that of a zonal organiser of the Baloch Students Organisation-Azad (BSO-Azaad), were recovered from different parts of Balochistan on Sunday.

Pakistani forces blatant attack on Baloch house in Quetta
Occupied Balochistan: Radio Gwank Reported:In an utterly blatant manner, Pakistani Military forces at 3 o’clock midnight raided a Baloch house in faizabad Quetta, in which the head of the house, Mr.Habib Khan Marri has been killed and all members of his family have badly been injured.The raid lasted till 5’ O’clock in the early morning. According to close relatives’ account he was instantly shot to death when he came out of the house at the order of the military officers.
