کھوکلی فرسودہ صداقت نہ کبھی ٹھوس مثبت اقدامات کا متبادل ہوئی ہے اور نہ کبھی ہوگی اور یہ بات سب کےلئے سچ ہے، بشمول انکے جو اپنے حقوق کے حصول کیلئے کوشاں ہیں

حال ہی میں کوئٹہ میں سپریم کورٹ کے حکم پر چندلاپتہ افراد کی بازیابی کے حوالے سے بعض حلقوں میں موجود غلط جنونی بشاشت نے بڑے اور اصل مسئلے کو مبہم کرکے رکھ دیا ہے؛ یعنی، بلوچ کارکنوں کے غیر قانونی اغوا اور قتل کےلئے ذمہ دار ان کا احتساب اور ان کے کئے ہوئے جرائم کیلئے انھیں سزا۔ لگتا ہے کہ یہ نہ ان حالیہ سماعت اورا حکامات کا ارادہ تھا اور نہ ہی ان کا نتیجہ۔ لہٰذا لاپتہ افراد سے متعلق معاملات نہ صرف ہمیشہ کی طرح جوں کے توں ہیں بلکہ اس درندگی میں مزید اضافے کا امکان ہے، جسے خان محمد مری کے جھیلے گئے تشدد سے دیکھا جا سکتا ہے، جنہیں 26 مارچ 2012 کو نیو کاہان سے اغوا کیا گیا تھا اور ان کی لاش 21 اپریل 2012 کو برآمد ہوئی۔

The misplaced euphoria in some circles about the recovery of some missing persons recently on the Supreme Court’s orders in Quetta obscured the larger problem and the real issue — namely, the accountability of those responsible for illegal abductions and killing of Baloch activists and making them pay for these crimes. This it seems was neither the intention nor the outcome of the recent hearings and orders. So the matters related to missing persons not only remain where they always have been but have increased the possibility of more brutality as can be seen from the torture that Khan Mohammad Marri suffered, who was abducted on March 26, 2012 from New Kahan and his body recovered on April 21, 2012.

Pakistan’s military operation in Turbat, 4 Baloch youths killed and 7 abducted

More than a 1000 Frontier Corps personnel in addition with ATF deployed in Gebon area of Turbat district. Heavy artillery used in operation against Baloch civilians including rocket launchers and mortar shells.

Occupied Balochistan: Pakistani forces carried out an illegal raid on a house in Gebon, a rural area some 45 kilometers far away from Turbat city. According to reliable sources more than 8 vehicles of Frontier corps (FC) and military intelligence agency (MI) assaulted a house in Gebon region of Turbat today (Friday 26 April 2012) at 4:00 am . A police official while talking to local journalists in Turbat confirmed the military operation and said FC hadn’t taken police in confidence while conducting the raid.

جو سردارترقیاتی مقاصد کے لئے مختص رقم کا غبن کرتے ہیں، حکومت کے ساتھ ملے ہوئے ہیں۔ ریاست کی زیر سرپرستی دہشت گردی اور بدعنوانی کے درمیان موجود شیطانی گٹھ جوڑ بلوچ عوام کو ان کے وسائل اور حقوق سے محروم کرنے کےلئے استعمال کیا جاتا ہے

اکرام سہگل ”بابتِ سلطنت اور فوج“ میں کہتے ہیں، ” وہاں ایک بلوچ صدر ہیں اور ایک بلوچ وزیر اعظم رہے ہیں۔ اس دفتر میں اپنے ادوار کے دوران، بلوچ نوابوں اور سرداروں میں سے کسی نے بھی اپنے لوگوں کی حالت میں بہتری لانے کی کوشش نہیں کی ہے۔“ وہ بھول جاتے ہیں کہ اسٹابلشمنٹ صرف ان ہی بلوچوں کو ’جگہ‘ دیتی ہے جو بلوچ عوام کو ان کے حقوق سے محروم رکھنے کی خاطر چشم پوشی کیلئے تیار ہوں۔ ’اسٹابلشمنٹ‘ بطور ادل بدل زیادتیوں اور کرپشن پر آنکھیں موند لیتی ہے۔ اب تو وہ ان لوگوں کی قوم پرستوں کیخلاف ’غلیظ جنگ‘ کو لڑنے کےلئے حوصلہ افزائی بھی کررہی ہے۔ عام بلوچ دونوں یعنی مرکز اور اس کے مقامی ایجنٹوں کی طرف سے کی جانے والی نا انصافیوں کا شکار ہے؛ اس سے غیر بلوچ سیادت کے تاثر کو تقویت ملی ہے۔ صرف سردار عطاءاﷲ مینگل کی واحد نمائندہ حکومت، جس نے 8 جولائی 1972 کو سرداری نظام کے خاتمے کا بل پیش کیا، اور بلوچ حقوق کے لئے کام کیا، نو ماہ کے بعد اسے برطرف کردیا گیا تھا۔ حالات میں بہتری کو برداشت نہیں کیا گیا۔

The Sardars embezzling money meant for development purposes are in league with the government. The evil nexus between state-sponsored terrorism and corruption is used for depriving the Baloch people of their resources and rights

Ikram Sehgal in “Of Empire and Army” says, “There has been a Baloch president and a Baloch prime minister. During their time in office, none of the Baloch nawabs and sardars made any effort to ameliorate the conditions of their own people.” He forgets that the establishment ‘accommodates’ only those Baloch who connive in denying the Baloch people their rights. The ‘establishment’ as a quid pro quo turns a blind eye to excesses and corruption. It now even encourages them to fight a ‘dirty war’ against the nationalists. The ordinary Baloch suffers injustices from both the Centre and its local agents; this has reinforced the perception of non-Baloch hegemony. The only representative government of Sardar Ataullah Mengal, which presented the bill to abolish the Sardari system on July 8, 1972, and worked for Baloch rights, was dismissed after nine months. Amelioration of conditions was not tolerated.

“The enemies of civilized world have waged a war against the Baloch nation, which confirms the fact that the Pakistani state machinery is trying to wipe out the secular Baloch nation,” said the Baloch patriotic leader Hyrbyair Marri.

He further said that, Pakistan couldn’t deceive the world with her double standards and it has failed to paint Baloch nation as a religious extremist force. This failed endeavour of Pakistan was to deprive the Baloch nation of help and support by the democratic and civilised world. The Baloch nation proved at different instances that it is not against any one on ethnic or religious basis. The Baloch nation is struggling only to defend their motherland.

Baloch Genocide: Bodies of three abducted Baloch found dumped

Occupied Balochistan: Pakistani security forces have killed and dumped three bodies of abducted Baloch in Kajoori and Kuchlak areas of Balochistan.

According to details two bullet-riddled bodies were found dumped in a desolate place near Kajori area of Musakhel district on Wednesday morning (25/04/2012). According to Levies officials, passers-by spotted the bodies and informed the nearby Levies centre. The bodies were taken to a nearby hospital where the victims were identified as Nabi Baksh Baloch and Nadeem Ahmed Baloch.
