Nawab Yousif Ali Khan Aziz Magsi Nawab Yousif Ali Khan Aziz Magsi was born in 1901 in Jal Magsi, Balochistan. His father Nawab Qassir Khan Magsi was the chief of Magsi tribe. He learned his Basic and religious education from Qasi Rasool Buskh. Mulana Gulam Qader of Baulpur taught him Urdu, Persian and Arabic. He became a pupil of Kaniah Lal of Lahore to learn English. Under the guidance of such great teacher of there time Yousif Magsi personality was build, which made him the visionary, revolutionary, freedom loving leader of the Baloch nation.

Occupied Balochistan: Endless Human Rights Violations by Pakistani security forces continue in Balochistan unabated. Eight bodies of abducted Baloch were found in different town of Balochistan on Monday (28 May 2012).

Pakistan military have celebrated ‘’Youm-e-Takbeer’’ (Nuclear blasts remembrance day) by gifting Baloch nation with eight more bullet riddled bodies, abducting 5 youths and setting on fire an entire village in Balochistan’s Pat Feeder region.

چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری کا رسمی اعلان کہ ”آئین اپنا راستہ خود ہی بنالے گی اگر وزیر اعظم بلوچستان کے بحران کو حل کرنے کیلئے فوری طور پر اقدامات کرنے میں ناکام ہوئے“، انہوں نے خبردار کیا ہے کہ ایمرجنسی کا نفاذ صوبے میںہوشمندی کی بحالی کیلئے ایک راستہ ہوسکتی ہے، اس چیز نے بلوچ عوام میں اضطراب کی ایک لہر دوڑادی ہے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ”تمام بڑے سیاسی کھلاڑیوں کو یہ بات ذہن میں رکھنی چاہیے کہ آئین کے عدم عملدرآمد کے نتیجے میں ایک سے زیادہ مرتبہ مارشل لاءکا نفاذ ہوچکا ہے“، انہوں نے مزید کہا، ”کیوں نہ ہم آئین پر عملدرآمد کرلیں اس سے پہلے کہ فوج مارشل لاءنافذ کرلے۔“ بلوچ اس منحوس دھمکی کے پیچھے اصل وجہ کو جانچنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں، جنھیں لگتا ہے کہ وہی اس کا ہدف ہیں، جوکہ مظالم اور ایک سست رفتار نسل کشی کا شکارہیں، اس کا ہدف ’اسٹابلشمنٹ‘ اور اسکے ادارے تو نہیں ہیں جوکہ اصل قصوروار ہیں؛ ظاہر ہے، اس بات پر زور دینا ریاست کو بلوچستان میں ایک ’ایمرجنسی‘ مسلط کرنے پر اکسانے کے مترادف ہے۔

Ironically, the situation in Balochistan is already more akin to an emergency rule than to a democratic one

Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry’s pronouncement that “the Constitution will take its course if the prime minister fails to take steps with immediate effect to resolve the crisis in Balochistan,” warning that imposition of emergency could be one of the options to restore sanity to the province has sparked a wave of consternation among the Baloch people. He further said, “All major political players should keep in mind that non-implementation of the Constitution had led to imposition of martial law more than once,” and added, “Why don’t we implement the Constitution before the army imposes martial law.” The Baloch are trying to fathom the real reason behind this ominous threat, which seems to be aimed at them — who are the victims of atrocities and a slow-track genocide — and not at the ‘establishment’ and its departments who are the perpetrators; obviously, this is tantamount to urging the state to impose an ‘emergency’ in Balochistan.

Conference on Balochistan is a deception, Baloch gave sacrifices for freedom: BRP

Occupied Balochistan: The central spokesperson of the Baloch Republican Party, Sher Mohammad Bugti, termed the so called “National Conference” organised by the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) a deception. He said Balochistan issue was being discussed on International level that is why they (Pakistanis) organised a “National Conference”.

Talking to a private TV channel Mr Bugti said that the sole purpose of orchestration of that conference was just to deceive and mislead Baloch masses. Pakistan has always deceived Baloch nation. “Nawab Akbar Bugti believed in dialogue but what happened to Shaheed Nawab Bugti that is obvious to everyone”.
