After killing more than 195 enemy soldiers, the operation was completed in 72 hours. BLA
Sixteen Majeed Brigade Fidayeens (self-sacrificing unit) of the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) eliminated around two hundred Pakistani soldiers in twin attacks at Panjgur and Noshki military bases. The BLA, in its statement, said that the sixteen Baloch freedom fighters (fidayeens) who participated in ‘Operation Ganjal’ battled bravely against the SSG commandos, gunship helicopters, military drones and heavily armed Pakistan Army soldiers for around 72 hours (3 days).

بلوچ لبریشن آرمی نے 2 فروری 2022 کو شام 8 بجے آپریشن گنجل کا آغاز کیا، جسے بی ایل اے کے مجید بریگیڈ نے 72 گھنٹوں کی طویل لڑائی کے بعد اپنے تمام مقاصد حاصل کرتے ہوئے کامیابی سے پایہ تکمیل تک پہنچایا۔

Collective punishment was a method adopted by the colonizers and the invaders of the old world, and the purpose was to teach the colonized and the invaded a lesson – to be obedient!
In Balochistan, collective punishment by the Pakistani occupation forces has taken a new meaning; not only the house of the dissident is demolished and the village raised to the ground but his male relatives could also be hunted down and killed.
The Kohdahi family of Pidark, Makran and Qalandarani family of Tootak, Khuzdar are just examples from a long list of Baloch families who suffered from the so-called law of colonial rule called collective punishment by Pakistan.
