BALOCHISTAN: Pakistan forces besieged and attacked the village of Mehi in Mashkay Balochistan on early Tuesday morning. As a result at least 13 people were killed including a brother and two nephews of Dr Allah Nazar Baloch. Several others including women and children have reportedly been injured due indiscriminate shelling and bombardment by Pakistani forces.
Seven victims of Mashkary operation – described a #MashkayMassacre by Baloch social media activists, include Safar Khan, elder brother of Allah Nazar Baloch, Suleman Baloch aka Shayhak and Zakir Baloch both Allah Nazar’s sister’s son (Nephews), Ramzan Baloch, Aalam Baloch and two guests who had come to Mehi offer their condolences for the deceased father of Suleman and Zakir Baloch who had passed away two days ago.
If the leaders want to become more than a footnote in Baloch history, they’ll have to change their ways and change them soon. Only those who love themselves and their self-interest more than Balochistan will find it hard to unite.
Sahib Jan’s family knew the worst had happened since a day before he had gone missing from Matiyari town where he had gone to buy essentials for the family which lives some distance away.
When they reached there they spotted Sahib Jan’s body. He had been shot point blank; once in face, as had been the other two who were Bugtis. One of the Bugtis, Sher Dil aka Jarro s/o Dur Mohammad, was abducted on 18th June earlier this year. The other, Sabzal Bugti, was abducted the same day as Sahib Jan.
He further said the abducted men include Zahoor S/O Alahi Bux and Zakir S/O Abdul Hakeem are residents of Nokjo whereas Saaloo S/O Jumma Khan and Khaliq Dad S/O Saydo are residents of Tolago.
Occupied Balochistan: The parents of Zakir Baloch have expressed their despair at a press conference in Mastung saying that they were extremely worried about the life of their son. They said that their son’s life was in extreme danger, given the fact that the enforced disappeared political workers’ severely tortured dead bodies were appearing on daily bases all around Balochistan, DailyTawer reported yesterday.
Zakir Baloch, a senior leader of Baloch Students Organization (Azad) was abducted by eight armed personnel almost one and half year ago in Mastung city at a bus station while working in a Medical Store on September 9th 2010.
