In a recent radio interview Senator Sana Baloch pointed out: While Punjab produces only 2% of Pakistan’s total gas, 80% of Punjabis have access to use gas. At the same time Balochistan provides 46% of Pakistan’s total gas but only 20% of Balochistan’s people have access to gas. But there have also been reports that Balochistan is discriminated against in the setting of gas prices as well. What other grievances does Balochistan have on the issue of natural gas resources extracted from the province?
Balochistan: Pakistani forces carried out a military operation against Baloch civilians in Darangen, Rustam Darbaar and other adjoining areas of Sui, Dera Bugti on early morning of Thursday which continued for several hours.
Mr Sher Mohammad Bugti claimed that more than 15 people including women and children have been killed and around 20 others wounded due to the indiscriminate bombardment during army operation. The state forces also abducted more than 25 Baloch civilians.

Pakistani army is continuing its barbaric terror campaign in the length and breadth of Balochistan by attacking the civilian populace, killing and abducting the Baloch youths, looting and setting houses on fire.
BALOCHISTAN: At least nineteen Bugti tribesmen killed and more than 40 wounded as Pakistan army conducted an operation and heavily bombarded villages near Sui, Dera Bugti.
Baloch Republican Party Media Cell sources reported that Pakistani Army has launched fresh military offensive in Darengen, Zainkoh, RD 238, Rustum Darbar and nearby areas of Sui earlier Sunday morning.
Occupied Balochistan:The atrocities of Pakistani forces continue on the Holy day of Eid. Baloch people mourn on the dead bodies of their loved ones as the world celebrates the Holy Eid. A deadly military offensive was carried out by Pakistani forces in Ghari and several other areas of Naseerabad. An entire village consisted of more than seventy houses were set on fire and burnt into ashes by Pakistani forces. The forces took away tractors, motorcycles, livestock and other valuables of the houses with them. Many people were killed and abducted. No exact number of casualties and abductions could be reported as the areas remained under tight siege of the forces.
Besides, four mutilated bullet-riddled dead bodies of Baloch missing persons were found from Sui and Mastung. The dead body recovered from Mastung was identified as Babu Jatak who was abducted by Pakistani forces few days back and three dead bodies recovered near Sui were identified as Chillaw Bugti s/o Shah Zaman Bugti, Akhtar Bugti s/o Shera Bugti and Kamalo Bugti s/o Mir Hassan Bugti. All three men were abducted by Pakistani army from Dera Bugti in 2005. They remained in torture cells for seven years and their dead bodies were hardly recognizable as there was no part of body which was not broken or bore no sign of inhuman torture.
Occupied Balochistan – April 25: Five more bodies were found in Khuzdar and Turbat areas in the ongoing genocide of the Baloch people in Balochistan by Pakistan’s Frontier Corps, Military Intelligence and Inter Services Intelligence.
