In his confession video, alleged Indian RAW agent Kulbhushan Jadhav mentions meeting and funding Baloch Students Organisation–designated as a terrorist organisation by Pakistan– as one of his espionage activities. Karima Baloch, chairperson of BSO Azad, in an exclusive interview to dna says the `fake accusations’ of RAW agent by Pakistan is to cover up on its atrocities in Balochistan.

“It will take more than one fake `RAW agent’ for Pakistan to hide and cover all mass graves, enforced disappearances, State-run genocide and war crimes that it is committing against Baloch Nation.’’

The arrest of a retired Indian Navy Commander, Kulbhushan Jadhav, allegedly for spying and other activities in Balochistan, is a coup of sorts for Islamabad.

For years now Pakistan has claimed that India is involved in Baloch separatism, but has not been able to provide a shred of evidence. Now, if we are to believe Islamabad’s version of events in the Jadhav case, they have it in good measure.

On March 24th, the Pakistani security officials, backed by the civilian authorities, said they had arrested an Indian national somewhere in Balochistan and now they describe it as the ‘evidence’ of Indian involvement in the restive province. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has also confirmed that Mr. Kulbhushan Jadhav, a former Navy officer, has been arrested. While Islamabad says Mr. Jadhav worked for the Indian intelligence agency, the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), on a high position, New Delhi has denied his affiliation with its premier intelligence agency.
