Baloch activists hold protest in Germany to highlight atrocities by Pakistan in Balochistan

Munich, Berlin, Dusseldorf (Germany): In a bid to highlight the ongoing Baloch genocide and human rights violations and the disappearance of Baloch people through the hands of Pakistani military and intelligence agencies in Balochistan, the Baloch National Movement (BNM) Germany chapter held demonstrations in different cities.

The demonstrations were held in Dusseldorf, Berlin and Munich on August 30, which is also marked as “The International Day of the victims of the enforced disappearance” by the Baloch people.

Baloch activists chant anti-Pakistan slogans at protest in Germany

Leipzig, Germany: Baloch activists in Leipzig, Germany, staged a protest against Pakistan on Saturday for the ongoing human rights violations in Balochistan and urged the international community to take notice of the plight of the Baloch people there.

The protestors were seen chanting anti-Pakistan slogans and saying ‘we want freedom’, ‘free Balochistan zindabad’ and ‘go ahead Modi’.

Free Balochistan Movement long march kicked off from Dusseldorf city of Germany

DUSSELDORF: The Free Balochistan Movement has started its long march from Dusseldorf city of Germany on Saturday 16 July 2016.

Before starting the march, the participants gathered at main train station of Dusseldorf and formally launched their long march – the Baloch Freedom March.

Leipzig, Germany: The general secretary of Baloch Republican Party Germany chapter Mr. Jawad Muhammad Baloch said that Baloch Republican Party Germany chapter organized a seminar in Liebzig, Germany to highlight gross human rights violations in occupied Baluchistan by Pakistani army and its secret agencies. Muhammad Jawad said that members of Local German Association Club participated in the event. Jawad Baloch addressed to the participants that Baluchistan was an independent state before and during the British colonial era in the region.

Germany: BNM protest against #AwaranOperation

Hamburg, Germany: Baloch Nation Movement (BNM) Germany zone held a protest demonstration at Hamburg city hall, Germany today on 9 August 2015. A large number of Baloch activists participated in the demonstration and expressed their anger against Pakistani state, which is committing atrocity against the Baloch populace.

The participants were carrying placards in which one read “Awaran is Kobani”. BNM also distributed a pamphlet written in German among the observing public.

Berlin, Germany: Baloch National Movement (BNM) Germany chapter, organized a two day token hunger strike camp on the call of its central leadership. Camp was visited by many local social and political activists.

According to the press release of BNM, Germany chapter, two day token hunger strike camp on 7 & 8 May 2014 was organized by them against the gross human rights violation in Balochistan by Pakistan and the enforce disappearance of Baloch Students Organization Azad, Chairman Zahid Baloch by Pakistani state intelligence agency at Brandenburg Gate, Berlin.

Baloch National Movement in Germany protests against recovery of mass graves

Berlin, Germany: A protest was held in front of the USA embassy in Berlin, Germany on 9 February 2013. Members of BNM Germany zone and activists of many other groups joined the protest.

The protest was about the discovery of three mass graves in Tootak Balochistan. The activists were protesting against the silence of the world on the genocide of the indigenous Baloch people at the hands of Pakistani state forces. 169 bodies were recovered from these mass graves. Only three bodies had been identified by the identity cards which were found in their clothes. They were recognized as Qadir Baksh s/o Miskan, Mohammed Omer s/o Bhai Khan and Naseer s/o Bhai Khan. These three political activists were abducted by the State security forces from Awaran city at broad day light in October 2013. These three identified bodies were also enlisted with the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons.

Baloch activists in Germany protest against Balochistan’s occupation

561bfa76-9197-b26aGermany: Koln 24 March 2013: Baloch Community Germany staged a protest demonstration in Koln city to condemn the occupation of Balochistan, on 27 March 1948, by Pakistan.

A large number of Baloch political activists including women and children took part in the protest to express their dislike for slavery and occupation. The aim of the protest was to inform the German government, European Union and the United Nations that Pakistan which is mistakenly considered an ally of international community in war against terrorism; in fact the military of Pakistan was a grave threat for Europe and rest of the civilised world.

Baluch Community in Germany to protest on 24 March

Germany: The Baluch Verein Deutschland has announced to stage a protest demonstration in Koln city of Germany at 3 PM on Sunday 24, March.

According the BGC’s press release the protest was being held against the occupation of Baluchistan, 27 March 1948. Baluch and other human rights activists residing in Germany will take part in the protest demonstration.
