Mir Muhammad Ali TalpurAn unnamed security officer told journalist Zahid Gishkori: “We are going for a four-layer plan for the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), integrated with a new security policy and an estimated 32,000 security personnel will guard over 14,321 Chinese workers engaged in some 210 small and mega projects in Pakistan.” This means some two-and-a-half security personnel will protect every Chinese national. This plan includes the presence of over 500 Chinese security personnel for capacity building of the newly raised special force. It also means Chinese boots on the ground in Balochistan and that is just the beginning.

Chinese investment will go in vain, Baloch land is not for sale: BSO-Azad

BSO-AsadBALOCHISTAN: The Baloch Students Organization (Azad) held their sixth cabinet meeting.  The acting Chairperson of BSO-Azad Banuk Karima Baloch presided the meeting.  Different agendas, including Organizational matters, current political situation and future strategies were discussed. The meeting commenced after 2 minutes of silence in honor of the Baloch martyrs.

In her opening remarks Chairperson Banuk Karima Baloch said BSO’s popularity and the support of the general public has frustrated Pakistani occupiers. Indiscriminate state policy against Baloch political parties reveals the fact that security forces are more afraid of mass mobilization than anything else.

The world including China should respect the collective decision of Baloch nation: Hyrbyair Marri

Mir Hyrbyair MarriLondon: Baloch patriot leader Hyrbyair Marri said on Saturday that no one will be allowed to exploit Baloch coastal resources, the international community including China should respect the collective decision of Baloch nation. “The world should not make any agreement with Pakistan without the consent of Baloch nation,” Mr Marri added.

Expressing his concerns and disappointment over Pakistan’s handing over of Gwadar port to China, the Baloch leader said the entire world is witnessing that Baloch are sacrificing enormously in their struggle for their survival and Pakistan is committing atrocities to deny the Baloch their basic right to liberty because of which whole of Balochistan has become war effected area.
