Pakistani forces abducted Teenage Baloch student from Quetta, 9 others from elsewhere

Mehrab shoukat balochBALOCHISTAN: The state security agencies abducted a 19 years old student from Satellite Town area of Quetta on Tuesday.

According to information 33 vehicles of Pakistan security forces with cordoned off the entire Baloch hotel midnight and searched all the room forcing students to stay out.

The forces abducted Mehrab s/o Shoukat Baloch. He is a resident of Kalatuk village Kech district of Balochistan.

Nationalists call strike to boycott Balochistan LG polls

Election-boxBALOCHISTAN: Baloch nationalist parties have announced a wheel-jam and shutter-down strike on the eve of the local government elections in Balochistan, scheduled for Dec 7.

In a joint statement, the Baloch Republican Party (BRP) and Baloch National Movement (BNM) announced the strike to be observed on December 6 and 7 throughout the province. “After thorough consultation, it was decided to observe strike,” spokesmen for both parties said Wednesday.

Agencies – ‘Truth has to reveal despite all fake or real attempts’

nauroz-khan-baloch-agenciesSo few friends asked me If I knew of this guy ‘Nauroz Baloch’, apparently a famous Baloch social worker, an activist killed by BLA. And I was told It was today’s top twitter trend. I asked them to show the picture but the face was blurred.

I was busy in work, could not get to it. The friends asked me two three times again that who is the guy as he seems most famous. I contacted few of my Baloch activist friends, journalist friends, searched/googled any such name but did not get even a sign of any such name or character. Even they showed their complete unawareness of any person of this name killed by BLA. (Btw BLA always claims the responsibility of their actions). This time no such claim was heard by BLA too.
