He says, “Ladies and gentlemen due to unavoidable circumstances a change of plans has been necessitated and we have been diverted to an uninhabited island. However, there is good news and bad news; which do you want first?” All demanded the bad news first. He said, “The bad news is that there is nothing to eat there except horse dung but the good news is that there is plenty of it.”

Video: Pakistan Army burning down houses during Mashkay operation

mashkey-operationOccupied Balochistan: In the one of the most isolated places on this globe, a systematical genocide is being conducted by the Pakistani Army. Local and International Media do not have access to this part of the world and more ever the Pakistani military establishment has made it impossible for any kind of media coverage, it is the social media that is focusing some light on this blind spot. We are trying to collect and share some pictures of this renewed and ongoing genocide in Balochistan. These pictures are of the houses bombarded with gunship helicopters. We will also try to collect pictures of the civilian population who were killed or injured. Canadian foreign affair’s minister expresses concerns over Human Rights Violations in Balochistan

Canada-Foreign-MinisterCANADA: In response to a letter of the coordinator of International Voice for Baloch Missing Persons the Canadian foreign minister said that, “The promotion and protection of human rights is an integral part of Canada’s foreign policy and I have noted with concern the reports of forced disappearances and extrajudicial killings in Pakistan’s Balochistan province.”

615 schools closed in Balochistan

615-schools-closed-in-balochistanQUETTA: Over 600 schools set up in Balochistan under a presidential ordinance have been closed and services of 684 teachers terminated.

Under the ordinance, a National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) was established in 2002 which set up 615 schools and hired 684 teachers in Balochistan to educate over 4,600 students in those schools.
