The Objectives of Raja Perviz’s Visit to Balochistan

Now the offering apology has become a political tradition for any newly elected Pakistani Prime Minister visiting Balochistan. Pakistani rulers have never been in love with Balochistan, albeit political exigencies have always been the motive behind such visits. In other words, Pakistan’s every affair related to Balochistan is based only on compulsion. Last day’s visit of the newly elected Pakistani prime minister to Balochistan is reflected in the same tradition.

In the cabinet meeting of the provincial government he assured peace and prosperity to the participating provincial officials. However, contrary to what PM assured, the provincial chief minister was trying his level best to satisfy Raj about the supremacy of the parliament and the stability of the democratic government. According to the analysts PM visit to Balochistan has been carried out under peculiar objectives. Though the Current government has a numerical majority in the Parliament, which might help them to have an upper hand over the current crisis of the institutional confrontations; yet they’re desperate to restore their lost credit in the eyes of Public by knocking every door they could!

Seeing its approaching defeat, Pakistan has escalated brutalities and exploitation – BSO-A

Awaran: The first central committee meeting of BSO-A after the nineteenth council session was held in Awaran. The agendas included discussion on current regional and international politics, debate on the suggestions given in the council session, education of Baloch students, the forthcoming Pakistani Parliamentary elections, Pakistan & US relations, Reopening of NATO supply line, Balochistan’s economical aspect of relations with the world and the looting of Baloch natural resources. Concerns were also expressed upon airing of sectarianism by Pakistani agencies in Balochistan and the threats of Jihad (Holy war) to be waged against the Baloch action by Islamists of Difa-e-Pakistan council. Discussions were also made on repercussions of BNP-M, BNP-A & National Party’s expected participation in Pakistani elections.

The participants said that, Balochistan has enormous importance due to its geographical position. International powers are eyeing on the deep seaport and the mineral resources of Balochistan. Now it depends on the Baloch nation that how they devise a plan to attain and retain its independence in the current conditions.

Pakistani forces arrested dozens of locals after an ambush by Baloch freedom fighters

GWADAR:Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed the responsibility of targeting the vehicle of Pakistan coast guard which happened in Nalent of District Gwadar, the spokesman of BLF Mr Doda Baloch has claimed the responsibility. Mr Baloch said that in the ongoing attack the vehicle of Pakistan coast guard was completely destroyed and in the end eight Pakistani coast guard personals were killed & further stated that such attacks will happen until Baloch nation achieve its Independence.

After the attack by Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) on Pakistan coast guard in Nalent dozens of Pakistani paramilitary forces vehicle surrounded the town and started door to door search operation, harassment of local Baloch population and looting of belongings went on for hours, at the end the Paramilitary forces arrested Prof. Azeem Baloch along with 6 other Local Baloch people, their whereabouts are still unknown and the local police have refused to investigate the matter.

Baloch Republican Party has formed its women wing

Occupied Balochistan:Baloch Republican Party has formed its women wing Shal unit and a large number of women have announced to join the party. The organizing committee of the women wing was also assembled as Miss Hooran Baloch was appointed its chief, Miss Washi Baloch as deputy organizer and Gulnaz Baloch will be its information secretary and the organizing committee is consisted of total eleven members.

In these troublous situations when the occupying state of Pakistan is pursuing the worst genocidal policies against the occupied and oppressed Baloch people and the Baloch youth are picked, detained, tortured, martyred and dumped on daily basis, the participation of the Baloch women to the national struggle for liberation is a pleasant deed and a major development in the movement.
