جیسا کہ متوقع تھا، نئے وزیر اعظم راجہ پرویز اشرف نے کہا، ”میں دوٹوک یہ اعلان کرتا ہوں کہ بلوچستان کا مسئلہ میری ترجیحات کی فہرست میں شامل ہے اور میں نے ناراض بلوچ رہنماو ں کو حکومت کے ساتھ بات چیت شروع کرنے کیلئے مدعو کیا ہے تاکہ جلد از جلد اس بحران کو حل کیا جائے۔“ انہوں نے اس افسوس کا بھی اظہار کیا کہ بلوچستان کو ماضی میں کم ترجیح دی گئی ہے، اور اسی وجہ سے، اسکی پیشرفت بہت سست رہی ہے۔ کوئی بھی شخص جو بلوچ کی جانب پاکستانی ریاست کے رویے اور سلوک سے ناواقف ہو، جب ان اعلانات کو سنے تو اسے یہی لگے گا کہ ایک بالکل نئی بلوچ دوست پارٹی اور ریاستی اپریٹس وجود میں آچکی ہے اور بلوچ کیخلاف منظم محرومی اور منظم تشدد کی پالیسی فوری طور پر ختم ہو جائیگی۔ افسوس کی بات یہ ہے کہ حقیقت بالکل مختلف ہے۔ یوسف رضا گیلانی، جو کہ گزشتہ چار سال سے اقتدار میں تھے، انکا تعلق بھی پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی سے تھا اور اپنے پورے دور اقتدار میں، اگرچہ انہوں نے اپنی اس سلگتی ہوئی خواہش کا بھی وعدہ کیا تھا کہ وہ بلوچ کیلئے روئے زمین پر ایک جنت تخلیق کریں گے، انہوں نے بلوچ کیخلاف بدترین انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کی سربراہی کی۔ اور اس نئے تکیہ کنندہ کی مدت کے دوران یہ عمل کسی طرح سے بھی مختلف نہیں ہو نے جارہی۔

FC and intelligence agencies are responsible for abductions: Families of abducted Baloch tell CJ

Quetta : Several family members of forced-disappeared Baloch have appeared before the Chief Justice and narrated their ordeals on Tuesday during a hearing. The CJ who, has resumed hearing cases of Baloch activists, has said he didn’t know what was going here [in Balochistan]. “Even yesterday four bullet riddle bodies were found in Killi Kabo. The evidence of Mehran Baloch and Mohammad Tariq’s abduction was given to the security agencies but instead of their release they were killed and dumped”, remarked the CJ.
During hearing the brother of Samiullah Baloch said that his brother was presented to courts by the police on several occasions but now the authorities were in denial about his whereabouts.

The aged mother of Hafiz Saeed-ul-Rehman Baloch burst into tears and said “We hope our loved ones will be released before 2013 but if you (CJ) are gone then we do not expect to see of our beloved relatives.” The CJ in response said “It is not like that. Have faith in God.”

Awaran: Ceremony and convention held on the third day of Counsel Session, Election commissioner took oaths from newly elected Cabinet and Central Committee.

According to details, counsel session of BSO-A, which commenced on 7th July, continued till late night on the third day due to oath taking ceremony and convention.

Counsel Session of BSO-A that was held from 7th to 9th July in Awaran ended on 8th July after election of cabinet and central committee. On the last day of session oath taking ceremony and convention were held. The chairman of Election Committee took oath from new office-bearers.

Speaking at the occasion, the chairman of Election Commission, congratulated the newly elected cabinet, central committee members and the Baloch nation on successfully convening the 19th Counsel Session of BS0-A.
