QUETTA: The relatives and well-wishers of a missing person, Najeeb Qambarani, took out a rally on Saturday to condemn his illegal arrest, allegedly by the security forces.
The protesters, which included women and children, took out the rally from the city government building and reached the Quetta Press Club after passing through various roads.
They were carrying placards and banners inscribed with their demands for the recovery of all missing persons. Addressing the protesters, Nassem Qambarani, sister of Najeeb Qambarani, Hafiz Ahmed Raza and Adnan Baloch, demanded the release of all missing persons in the province.
They claimed that bullet-riddled bodies of 32 missing persons had been found during the last three months, and feared that the lives of Najeeb and other Baloch missing persons were in danger.
