London: Baloch patriot leader Hyrbyair Marri has strongly condemned Pakistani Military offensives in Mach and Marwaar areas, security forces raids on New Kahan and Ms. Nausheen Qambrani Baloch house, Quetta.
Terming the indiscriminate Bombardments by Pakistan’s gunship helicopters in Marwaar and Mach areas against International laws and state terrorism, Mr Marri said injuring innocent women and children in surrounding areas of Mach and torturing aged residents of New Kahan Quetta illustrates that Pakistan has broken the record of Syria’s in violating human rights in Baluchistan. He further said that, “The silence of International powers on Baluchistan issue has encouraged Pakistan to commit more crimes against humanity.”
He said this was not the first time that Pakistan is using fighter jets; in fact Pakistan has been using Air Force in Baluchistan since 70s to strengthen its illegal occupation over Baluchistan.
“If Pakistan thinks it can root out the Baloch freedom movement with sheer use of brutal forces, then it is gravely mistaken. Baloch have identified their goal and they are struggling on ideological basis for their freedom”, Hyrbyair Marri said.
Mr Marri also strongly condemned the raid on the house of Baloch poetess Nausheen Qambrani, The security personnel misbehaving with her mother and threats to kill her children, adding, that Pakistan was frightened of Baloch people’s scientific struggle for liberation. He said all these atrocities have started after the orders of Pakistan FC, army, ISI and the Supreme Court – when the Supreme Court asked the FC and intelligence agencies to utilize all their resources to finish the Baloch freedom movement.
“We have said it time and again that Pakistani media, Judiciary, Army, FC and Intelligence Agencies are in league against Baloch national movement. The recent remarks of Supreme Court about Balochistan situation confirm my point of view”, Mr Marri said.
He said Pakistan forces are indiscriminately targeting Baloch whether they are nomads of Mach and Marwaar, daily wages worker of New Kahan or Baloch female lecturer of Women’s university. Those Baloch who still expect any good from Pakistan should learn a lesson from simultaneous raids and attacks against Baloch people. The Baloch leader said it was the time for Baloch nation to bring unity in their ranks to get rid of Pakistan’s slavery.
He reminded the International Community that Baloch are facing Pakistan’s religious extremists from past six decades but the World Community has only become aware when the Pakistani ISI and army backed extremists have become powerful and now have reached their doorstep.
The Baloch patriotic leader said, “Had the civilized World stopped supporting a back stabber like Pakistan earlier, today the situation would have been different and they could have avoided being blackmailed by initiator of religious hatred, Pakistan.” He said it was still not too late for the International Community to support those powers that have been battling to stop Pakistan’s religious extremism from spreading and help world to get rid of it.
Hyrbyair Marri said if the International powers really wanted peace in Afghanistan and in that region then they should recognize the Independent status of Balochistan and allows Baloch people to open their embassies in their countries, because to eliminate Pakistan’s state terrorism in the region independence of Balochistan is inevitable.
